The Peoria Manual JFL (Junior Football League) Program would like to welcome you to the sport of youth cheerleading, flag and tackle football.

Peoria Manual JFL is a proud member of the JFLOCI (Junior Football League of Central Illinois). Peoria Manual JFL provides a recreational, educational and competitive program for its participants by structuring players ages and weights to compensate for the variety of physical and mental maturity levels of players involved. Peoria Manual JFL is dedicated to young athletes who participate within our organization and to their safety and enjoyment. Peoria Manual JFL will serve members by providing reasonable price equipment, organization, and a fundraising program for youth football participants, while promoting the sport of contact football, education and character development to young people between the ages of 8 and 14 years old. Flag football age requirements are between the ages of 5 and 7. Cheerleaders must be the age of 5 to 14 years old. Peoria  Manual JFL is committed to providing a positive youth sports experience for all participants. We hope that your participation in our program is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

MISSION STATEMENT 
The mission of the Peoria Manual Rams JFL (Junior Football League) and Cheer program is to provide children in the Peoria community the opportunity to participate in youth football and cheer.  Our goal is to teach the fundamentals and safety of football and cheerleading in preparation for the next levels of play and participation. The Rams program, serves children between the ages of five and fourteen, teaching them the strong values of community, accountability, responsibility, teamwork, good sportsmanship, self-respect, respect for opponents, coaches, officials and fans while promoting the importance of academic excellence.
