The first 2 weeks of practice are "NON-CONTACT" practices (July 25 - Aug 5).

This is a JFLOCI league-wide RULE

Every player must complete 8 days of conditioning calculated using a minimum of 90 minutes per day before they may participate in any practice or activity with "full pads" and/or involving contact.

Note: After these 2 weeks of non-contact any late sign ups must have 8 days of conditioning of 90 minutes per day before being allowed any contact practice.

Each coach is responsible for each player's compliance with the league conditioning requirement.
